Ensure your building supplies are unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Note that custom-cut lumber or tinted paint are final sale.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via email or visit our service desk in-store with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items to prevent damage during transit; for heavy bulk items, please coordinate with our team for scheduled curbside pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
