We offer specialized curbside delivery using crane-equipped trucks for heavy items like bricks, timber, and cement. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our distribution center.
Can I return unused building materials?
Yes, unused and unopened materials in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bulk items and special orders.
Do you offer trade accounts for contractors?
Absolutely. Professional builders and contractors can apply for a Gills Trade Account to access volume discounts, dedicated account management, and flexible credit terms.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a delivery window.
