When you buy gas from us in a cylinder, you’ll be asked to pay a ‘cylinder charge’ for each cylinder. This is because it will remain the property of Flogas and it is being provided to you only for the purposes of using the gas supplied. When the cylinder is empty, you can simply exchange it for a pre-filled cylinder or return the empty cylinder to us. There is no charge when swapping a cylinder within the same category. You may still be charged delivery based on your location.
You can swap your gas cylinder for any cylinder within the same category. If you are not doing a like for like Cylinder swap please contact us directly for prices.
To swap a cylinder, you can place an order on the website shop. Simply choose the bottle you wish to order and when prompted, select the exchange cylinder option. It must be a flogas bottle or one of their brands, please click on the link below to see what brands we can swap.

If you do not have a cylinder to return, select the option with the New cylinder charge included. The charge is per cylinder and is non-refundable,
The driver will deliver your new cylinder and take the old one away to be refilled. If you select the exchange option and do not have one to exchange our driver will not deliver the new bottle until the new cylinder charge has been paid. You still be charged for a failed delivery as well.
